Material & Design
Carbon fiber heating elements are the reason this thing wakes up so quickly. The thermal response is fast, and the resistance stays consistent along the entire length. The quartz envelope keeps up with rapid temperature cycling and keeps the element shielded from contaminants. Then there’s the R7s connector. It’s a proven, no-fuss termination. Wire it up, align the ends, and you’ve got solid contact. Basically, it’s a drop-in replacement.
Application & Benefits
Use this lamp whenever you need quick, localized heating—composite curing, plastic forming, adhesive activation, coating drying. The combo of 900W output and the R7s interface gives you high power density with easy maintenance. But keep in mind, at 900W, you’re dealing with significant radiant heat. So the surrounding fixture and nearby components need to be rated for that temperature rise.
