We built the Super Hot Carbon Fiber Infrared Heat Tube for one simple reason: to get you moving when standard heaters just stall out. It’s a quartz-encased halogen infrared emitter, designed for industrial jobs that demand serious heat, right now.
The Nitty-Gritty
You call on this tube when you need a lot of heat in a small space. It runs on high voltage—often 400V—which packs a ton of wattage into a compact build. That means more heat per inch. A typical setup hits around 2500W over just 300mm, blasting out intense infrared for quick-response heating. This isn’t a slow-warm-up kind of heater. It hits target temps fast. But, and this is important, it needs a control system that can keep up with the initial power surge and the ongoing load.
What Makes It Tick
The secret to its performance? The carbon fiber inside the quartz envelope. It heats up lightning-fast, runs incredibly hot, and gives us a stable filament that handles repeated heating and cooling cycles without blinking. A halogen fill gas protects the filament, so the tube lasts longer and keeps putting out consistent heat as it ages. The quartz tube itself is tough—built to handle thermal shock and extreme operating temps. And for easy installation, we’ve fitted it with an R7s connector. That means it drops right in as a replacement in any machine built for this standard footprint.
