We built these lamps for one simple reason: to give you heat that’s focused and dependable. The specs are straightforward. We make them to run on either 230V or 400V, with power ranging from 1000W to 2500W. The tube itself is usually about 300mm long. That kind of power packed into such a small footprint means you can get intense heat without needing a giant, bulky setup.
The Design, Explained
At the core of it all is the carbon fiber filament. It heats up almost instantly and throws off a broad infrared spectrum—perfect when you need direct, targeted warmth. That filament is housed inside a high-purity quartz tube. We coat the tube to stand up to sudden temperature changes and keep it from breaking down over time. And for the connection, we use an R7s base with two pins. It’s a secure fit that makes these lamps a true drop-in replacement for what you already have. No complicated wiring. Just plug it in and you’re good to go.
Where It Shines (And How to Use It)
For home use, these lamps are all about that instant, focused warmth. They’re a lifesaver for spot heating in workshops, garages, or even living rooms with soaring ceilings. The response is immediate. You flip it on, and the heat is there. No waiting around for things to warm up. But here’s the thing: because they pack so much power into such a small space, they do need a bit of respect. Make sure you leave enough clearance around the lamp and keep the area well-ventilated. You get a ton of output from a tiny package, but you just need to make sure the surrounding space can handle the heat.
