If we bump up the voltage, we can push way more power through the tube without having to make the tube itself any thicker. This gives you a tight, focused heat footprint. Just a heads-up, though—make sure your power supply actually matches the tube’s rating. If they’re out of sync, you’re just asking for a burnout. What’s actually inside? We stick with quartz glass because it doesn’t freak out when the temperature swings wildly. Plus, it lets those infrared waves slide right through without soaking them up. And since we use a carbon fiber core instead of those old-school metal coils, the heat spreads evenly across the whole length. No weird hot spots.
