Let’s be honest: traditional convection ovens are a drag. You can seriously shrink your oven footprint without worrying about the pads falling apart. To make this work, we use high-wattage quartz tubes. These things are powerful. They hit curing temperatures almost instantly. We stick with halogen-filled tubes because they keep the light output steady, so you aren’t guessing about your results. One quick heads-up on the electrical side: make sure your voltage matches your plant’s grid. If you don’t, you’ll see voltage drops that eat through your lamps. Also, if you’re installing a big array of these, double-check that your panels can handle the initial surge when you flip the switch. Installing them is the easy part. We designed these as drop-in replacements for your old heating elements, and we use standard connectors, so you won’t be fighting with the wiring all day. But here is the trade-off. Since we’re packing so much heat into a smaller space, your cooling system has to be on point. If you don’t vent the housing properly, the ambient heat builds up and can actually warp your conveyor frames.
